£14m Design and Build Residential Scheme consisting of 127 Units, 8nr 2 Bedrooms, 76nr 1 bedrooms and 43nr Studios. Appointment consisted of the management of the project from inception to final account, including assistance with acquisition of funding, appointment and management of the Design Team and Contractor and obtaining Structural Warranty.
Private Client- Repair & Retrofit Works
£1m Management of the Repair and replacement of latent defects and fit out of new upgraded internal areas comprising new ventilation, specialist ceilings and lighting to swimming pool and amenity areas.
Bridewell
£6.5m Design and Build Residential Scheme comprising 87 Units to a disused Grade 2 listed City Centre Building. Works consisted of refurbishment of the existing building and incorporation of an additional floor on the top of the building. Appointment consisted of Contract Administration and Management of the project from inception to final account.
Moor Hall
£7m conversion of an existing dwelling to a 2 Michelin star restaurant and rooms with grounds and Brasserie. Appointment consisted of management of the project from inception to final account. Development received multiple prestigious awards and accolades including RICS Winner of Best Conservation project.
Parker Street
£9m Design and Build Residential refurbishment comprising 91 units to a designated asset within a City Centre location. Works consisted of refurbishment and incorporation of additional floors and construction of a lightwell through the centre of the building. Appointment consisted of Contract Administration and management of the project from inception to final account.
